The system features an electronic transducer mounted to a vibration-resistant tank. When filled with water and cleaning solution, the transducer generates high-frequency sound waves that create microscopic bubbles through cavitation. These bubbles penetrate microscopic crevices to remove contaminants that manual cleaning cannot reach.

1. Fill tank with water (below max line) and add environmentally-friendly cleaning solution
2. Activate heating function (40-50°C optimal temperature)
3. Suspend saw blade using rod or special basket
4. Set cleaning timer (duration depends on contamination level)
5. Allow ultrasonic cycle to complete
6. Remove blade and dry with compressed air or soft cloth
7. Power off all functions when finished
8. Drain and dry cleaning tank completely
